I often get very angry and frustrated over petty issues. I am a college student, age-20, male. I really want to get rid over this issue.

Till then, you can try deep breathing exercise. Distance yourself from the situation when you feel angry. count backwards 20 to 1. realize if this situation can be handled differently.
