Hello Lybrate user. The crooked teeth either can be corrected or has to be removed in case if it's present lingualy or palataly. The mesiodens are supernumerary teeth which has to be extracted. The milk teeth, which is removed, the permanent teeth will erupt there soon. I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and check the eruption of permanent teeth. Either the teeth are normal or impacted or delayed eruption. In the space formed, try to place space maintainer appliance. Consult me for further details. Thank you.
