Do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting and other building exercise. Take food more frequently with extra amount than before. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use whole cream milk. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use nuts, seeds. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol.
