I am getting more anger within secs for even small things which I dnt like what should I do to reduce it.

Hi, you can reduce your anger by doing meditation daily for at least 30 min. Deep breath relaxation technique and psychotherapy can help you. If you get anger do / talk nothing for 10 -15 minutes, bcz you usually do wrong during anger. If still persists consult psychiatrist.
