Hello lybrate user here are some tips for weight gain 1) eat more than three meals a day. 2) don't wait until your stomach ask for food. 3) eat plenty of calories at every meal. 4) focus on amount of proteins, fats and carbs. 5) stick to whole foods loaded with nutrients. 6) drink plenty of water. 7) do not skip your meals.
