My pulse rate is 76 and my cholesterol LDL is 180 do I need to take medication or regular exercise will help me get LDL down? I do walk for 45 minutes everyday and have started with yoga too. Kindly advise.

Just monitor your ldl level every 3 months and if it continues to be more than 130 mg you may start drugs after consulting a doctor. The medication needs to be taken lifelong to provide protection from cardiovascular disease.
