Hi doc, am 57, M.My resting BPM (pulse rate)>90&my recent HGB is 8.Am a BP patient and on med (now cilaheart 10) for more than 15 years. My lipid profile report: cholesterol-156, triglyceride-203, hdl-34.5,ldl-77, vldl-40.78.How to reduce my bpm, triglyceride,ldl&increase hgb, hdl?

I will suggest you to first increase your hemoglobin levels and than again recheck your lipid profile after two months and I will suggest you to take tablet orofer-xt twice a day after food for a month and follow up with finding.
