I have decided to eat only banana for a month. Now am on my 8 days of eating banana only. I am taking 1 kg in breakfast, 1 kg in lunch and 1/2 kg in dinner time with 300gm curd. Can someone tell me, is this healthy diet plan or not? Should I stop this diet plan? Or suggest me healthy diet plan with only fruits? I am no longer interested with cooked foods as of now.

Just to advice you that you are not eating a balanced diet. You should add all the ingredients required in daily diet like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins in adequate quantity for a balanced diet.

Bananas are fibre rich fruits with a number of health benefits. They are the fourth most popular food after rice, wheat and corn. With its high nutrient content, low price and easy availability it is the most ideal fruit to include in your daily diet. If you eat almost nothing and just bananas, you lose weight, but if you eat eight to ten bananas a day, apart from consuming regular meals, you can gain weight. I would now definitely recommend adding greens (like lettuce, celery, micro greens) and even coconut water to your banana smoothies, at least once a day. If you wanted to give your system a quick re-boot, you can do a weekend banana cleanse, starting on Friday and finishing on Sunday evening.
