I am 25. I have ldl cholesterol of 145. I started going for gym .i want to gain weight also. Does eating peanut butter increase cholesterol level?

Yes it does. And if your weight is optimal for your height (u can check that by BMI) you don't need to gain any more weight. Take diet precautions along with exercise and quit smoking if you smoke. Repeat your Lipid profile after 4 weeks. If it is still deranged you may need medicine.
