I am from West Bengal, 55 years old, Male. I am suffering from anger and irritability since my boyhood. I can not bother at all. I became irritated mostly with my family members. Presently I am taking F- tin tablet during 6 months approx before this I have taken tablet Close-MD also. .but no such result yet now. Please prescribe for me. In this context I must say my legs vibrates when I am at rest.

The medication is not for anger control. Anger is another problem and since it has been there since childhood, there may be deep-rooted issues to take care of. You need to meet with a counselor along with your parents and deal with that issue. In fact the leg vibration has to do with excess energy from anger that is causing agitation. Exercise, as permitted by your physician, is excellent to expend the energy of anger. However, the best is to learn to express it appropriately. The counselor will teach you about emotions and the ways to express them.
