Please can you prescribe a sure shot weight gain therapy. I am very thin in my appearance and do not seem to gain weight now matter how much I eat.

hello Lybrate user if you r eating much but not gaining weight there may be a lot of reasons like hypothyroidism, poor digestion, malabsorption, less nutritive diet. take nutritive diet rich in protein like beans pulses,almonds, raisins, cheeze , milk etc. avoid spicy, oily junk food. start practicing pranayam and light exercise. take some ayurvedic medicines that will enhance your stamina, body weight and personality again.
