Get check for bone health. Serum calcium, serum phosphorus, PTH serum 25 hydroxy vit D3 and dexascan. Eat calcium, D3, plenty of milk, sunexposure and exercise.

Drink plenty of water and fluids. Take calcium and vitamin rich food and supplements. Do yoga and walking ie mild exercises.

There can be many things like you are suffering from arthritis, may be high uric acid or any calcium of vitamin d3 deficiency. Now a days sedentary life style and bad food habits provide the biggest contribution in these pains. So get blood test done first for vit d3, uric acid and RA factor.
