I am 5'2 with 56 kg. I need to loose weight but I can't due to improper diet of hostel food and study pressure. How can I loose weight someone please suggest me?

Dear user. I can understand. Don't fall under any sort of misunderstanding. There are no short cuts for weight loss. the best method of weight loss is stringent exercise pattern along with nutritious, non fat diet. If you follow this pattern you will be able to reduce your weight according to what you wish for. Take care.
