Sir I am a 48 year old male diagnosed with thyroid, bp and cholesterol pb. I am taking medicines forte same namely thyronorm 50 mg, cilicard T, and roseday 5 mg. Recently when I was on my summervacation I developed stomach pb and it also came down when I took ornidazole ofloacin. But during sunday worship I developed fatigueness and profuse sweating. I went to thiner by hospital and they my ecg and found it has variation. What is the normal procedure in this kind of set up I should follow?

This it self can be a major culprit for most of the problems. You have mentioned about taking thyroxine 50 mcg, but no other drug details are given. Also there is no mention about present or recent TSH value, BP reading and lipid values. Plus with recent episode as described, it is necessary for you to under go a detailed heart check up, an echo cardiogram and angiegraphy also. That will give a clear idea about what may be the cause of recent episode. Thanks.
