Unfortunately the best solution is to avoid eating wheat or wheat products. There are some methods to avoid allergic reaction while having wheat like taking antihistaminic drugs, epinephrine, steroids, immunomodulators ect. But not advocated since these are long term medications and also will compromise your body further. Thank you.
