High triglycerides can be due to faulty food habits, lack of physical activity and sometimes they coexist with diabetes and thyroid disorders. You have not mentioned your TG levels or HDL or LDL levels. But to start with begin exercising, start Gradually and increase it to 40-45 mins daily. Avoid eating fatty, fried and high sugar food (take a diet consult ). Repeat your levels after 6-8 weeks of these precautions and consult.
