hello vivek , take high protein and high calories diet.do stretching exercise alternates days and cycling daily.take milk products and milk. have small and frequent meals.don't skip your breakfast specially.take always protein rich diet. take curd atleast 2 times in a day.take plenty of fruits.don't skip your exercise.
