I have pain on my right hand shoulder to elbow & also tennis elbow problem for nearly 3 months. I do physiotherapy and at times it aggravates the pain. I cannot sleep on my right side or bring my right hand to my back. Now the pain is radiating towards the neck. Kindly suggest me some way out. Thank you
