Mam stress ball kaise use karna hoga? Or din me kitni bar? Iske alawa koi or option bhi hai stress relief karne ka? Or jab gussa aata hai to jaldi shant nai hota. Bahot bolti hu jab tk ki agla apni galti na mane. Or jyada tym tk gussa rehne se physically effect karta hai mujhe. Kya karu please solve my problem. Samjh nai aa raha kya karu?

Hi lybrate-user, You can use a stress ball by squeezing it in your palms and visualising that you are releasing your anger to the ball, breathe out deeply as well. Anger and control seem like primary issues for you right now. Pls try to practise deep breathing. Also, it is important to understand that you cannot control everything in your life, you need to let go and go with the flow. Trust life. Expectations not being met also cause anger, try to release expectations from everyone. Focus on yourself. Seek counselling if the problem persists.
