cholesterol and triglyceride is increased highly. cholesterol is 253 and tryglicride is 333. please suggest to reduce it. How to improve eating habit and wht diet should be avoided.

Changing eating habits is required but what you require is walk and exercise, if you can do 30 to 45 min to any kind of cardio or exercise at least 5 days a week with avoiding junk food / ghee oil and butter. That will take care of your lipids in 2 months. Repeat the lips profile after 3 months and continue the good work later as well.
