The treatment for bipolar disorder should continue under the supervision of your Psychiatrist. To the best of my knowledge, "steroids" can CAUSE bipolar disorder or some forms of psychosis. So unless it is critical for you to take "steroids" I would like to wean you off the drug. Optimizing thyroids and other hormones and nutrients can help in the management of Bipolar disorder. That is where my expertise may be of use to you i.e as an adjuvant to the treatment prescribed by your Psychiatrist.
