Your LDL levels are very high and put you at risk of developing a heart blockage, so you definitely need to address your cholesterol problem right away with a combination of lifestyle measures as well as medicines. Begin daily 40 mins of exercise like brisk walking, take a detailed diet consult for a healthy heart diet, please quit drinking, alcohol is a major cause of cholesterol rise and start low dose stain after 8 weeks repeat your cholesterol if still high you will need to increase the dose and as far as avoiding medicine is concerned, please understand some people have genetic tendency of forming cholesterol in those cases merely lifestyle precautions are not enough and medicines are required, this can only be ascertained once we see your body response to both lifestyle precautions and medicines, so remain in follow up with a cardiologist.
