Am working as a software engineer for past 2.5 years. I used to sit in front of the system for a round 12 hours. Once am back to home I feel very lazy. Before joining into IT firm, I was stress free and I can able to control my anger. But now a days am bit aggressive. Sometimes I feel like missing my closed ones. Some negative thoughts are screwing my mind. Please help me to overcome all these. Since am not doing any physical work am getting belly. Please suggest me some exercises to stay fit and calm. A sedentary lifestyle where we are trapped in the vicious circle of long ofc hours ajd then no time for self leads to many physical n psychological issues. I ll suggest very small changes thT you shd make in your life take short breaks during office hours to stand and stretch yourself. Climb stairs and avoid elevators by all means, it is a good exercise. Do some breathing exercises before you leave the bed in the morning and in the night. Talk to your family members about your day. These small changes done regularly will help uplift your mood a little. Small changes often leads the path to big revolution. These changes will help you look at other things that you need to modify in your behavior. But frst do the above things for a week and give me a feedback on how it wirked for you. Tc.
