I want to decrease my weight, my weight currently is 84 kg and what is the way I can reduce the weight I do not like fruits to eat so what is the other way can follow diet and reduce the weight I am already walking 6 kms per day in morning.

For weight loss you should be avoiding all packed and market foods, take less cooked food, avoiding all kinds of stuff having white sugar, reduce intake of milk and milk products, increase intake of raw & steamed vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts. All the best.
