But with suryanamskar you have to maintain a good diet and habits also drink 2-3 glasses of warm water on your empty stomach Avoid fatty saturated foods such as meats, oil, whole milk, egg yolks, butter, cakes, most biscuits, cream and cheese. Other yoga posture for reducing cholesterol 1.Chakrasana 2.Sarvangasana 3.Shalabhasan 4.Paschimottasan 5.Hastapadasan 6.Bhujangasan.
