Is coconut unhealthy to have? It is high in saturated fat but zero cholesterol? What does it mean isn't saturated fat only cholesterol?

Body has many substances that are insoluble in water, these are called fats. Cholesterol is an important fat, used as building material. Triglycerides are also a fat, triglycerides are oils, and are used as fuel. Body uses all oils similarly, just as an oil lamp burns all oils similarly. So coconut is fine, just like olive, mustard, almond, soya oil. Differences in length of Fatty chain, or number of bends (saturation) do not matter much for the body's burning cycle.
