My wife not gaining weight after our 1st baby. My baby is now around 2 Yrs. And she is having frequent migraines too. Her weight is less than 50KG. Is there any way to increase stamina and weight.

After pregnancy and delivery females tend to neglect their nutrition and thereby health. That was the time when nutrition needs were high and probably you neglected it. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Exercise at least thrice a week.
