Sir, I take lemon water in the morning. Before workout I take black coffee. .aftr that I take milk with protinex. .in afternoon I eat 4 chapatis along with pulses and vegetables.in evening I take tea and I night I eat 4 chapatis along with pulses and vegetables. .if it is sufficient in weight loss??

You need to focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only.
