Hy, My right elbow get dislocated and a minor fracture happened in may .in July my elbow get jammed so I appoint a physiotherapist he used to do my exercise with full stretch to my hand .after September I changed the physiotherapist and consult someone else from a reputed medical college .she used to do many exercise and my hand get recovered 80 percent my reports me X rays are normal. I don't have so much pain but didn't stretch my hand fully. Kindly guide me further .I used to dumble exercise from 6 kg weight now and then give heat to my hand through heating pad. Kindly guide me please .what step I have to take up now .yeah physiotherapist told me calcium got deposited around my elbow due to wrong exercise .kindly guide me.
