Hello. The fat grafting to the breasts is one of the common surgeries, nowadays ppl opt for as it benefits two regions. It reduces the unwanted fat from the tummy and enhances the breasts. General complications of anesthesia and surgery are always there. But the procedure per se doesn't have any complications and is considered far less invasive than the implants. Hello, Fat fill where we take fat from abdomen or thighs and inject into breast is a scarless treatment. Its a day care procedure and discharged the same day. You will be required to wear pressure garment for a month. There are no major complication, the fat take is in 60-80% and only around 150-200 cc fat is taken per session.
