Is subway tuna healthy to eat as a regular option? Or what are the other better options at subway from nutrition and Heath point of view. I?m asking this as I often have to eat out and subway is easily accessible to me. Also a subway salad/sandwich is better than dal roti or Sabzi-roti at home from nutrition point of view?

You can have salad which is safe to have. Avoid putting too many dressings on it. Home food is always better than market food.
