Madam to reduce waistline and weight, you have to do following things: 1) Take a restricted diet, that is balanced and provides exact calories based on your ideal body weight (not on the basis of present weight), that is 54 X 20 calories = 1080 calories per day, 2) Plus you will have to strictly avoid sweets, artificial sweeteners, deep fried foods, colas, junk foods, pastries and foods made from maida. 3) Increase the intensity of daily exercise to about 1 and half hour. It is better if if you do more aerobic exercise like running, jogging or brisk walking. 4) Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables and salads as those are least in calories. This means you have to give a very close look at your present diet pattern and extent of daily exercise. Thanks.
