My husband is too much frustrated and now he is becoming too much aggressive on small things. He is having normal blood pressure. Can he take Alprazolam (.50 mg). How to take this medicine?

I suggest you to take help of a counselling psychologist in person or online to find out the root cause of your husband's aggression. He/she may suggest some activities after having a detailed chat with you and your husband. If needed he/she may refer to some other doctor for medication.

Alprazolam is an Anxiolytic and anger and aggression can be due to many conditions, Anxiety is one of them. As sugested please do not give any medication with out getting him examined by a Psychiatrist or psychologist.
