Recently I did my blood cholesterol test and the reports are as follows TOTAL cholesterol (CHO): 232 mg/dl HDL: 52 mg/dl LDL: 194 mg/dl VLDL: 22 mg/dl Triglycerides: 134 mg/dl As is clear that my LDL and Total cholesterol levels are high.
