Your cholesterol levels are mildly deranged, but you do not require medicines at present, you should immediately start with lifestyle modifications measures like - 1. Daily exercise for atleast 40-45 mins in the form of brisk walking etc 2. Quit smoking & drinking. 3. Get a detailed diet counselling for a healthy heart diet which should be low in fried food, sugars and sweet and high in fibres, fruits, proteins etc. Get in touch with a cardiologist locally and get a baseline evaluation done with echo, ecg, TMT. Ensure that your Thyroid is well controlled. Follow these precautions for 8 weeks then repeat your lipid profile.

Lipid test is popular but not very helpful. Your triglycerides are high, this is common in modern people who eat restricted diet which contains mostly glucose. If you want good health talk to people who are healthy at ninety, don't trust anybody else.
