Hello doctor, recently my weight is increased to 4 kg that is 55 to 59. Suddenly. I tested for blood sugar which is normal. Fbs- 91, pp- 82, hba1c is 4.9. But my cholesterol is in risk that is hdl is 32 and triglycerides are 222 am in high risk. My LDL is 101. What should I do. I should be on medication? I use groundnut oil for cooking. Adding gingelly oil too. Please help me.

Your cholesterol reports are ok. If you wish to reduce triglycerides increase the gingelly and ground nut oil in cooking. Reduce sugar rice and other starchy foods. Reducing glucose foods will help you to reduce your weight as well. For more information please discuss on phone. Best wishes.
