Blood content in periods is decreasing since two months. It is a sign of infertility? Please tell me. What are the symptoms of infertility?

Blood content is decreasing may be due to improper nutrition, vit b complex deficiencies, may be harmonal irregularities, which is common in teenage. But it tends to become regular afterwards. Have green leafy vegetables, protein rich diet
