Sir I am suffering from thyroid 5.1 and I am gained with high fat body specially thigh area. Please suggest how to perfect diet to avoid fat. And contr ol thyroid. My age is 21.

Avoid excess ghee butter sweets fried and junk food. Take lots of vegetables. Excercise regularly specially brisk walk running skipping swimming will help. Start thyroid supplement under supervision of a Physician, if you are symptomatic.
