Namaskhar. Im 18 year old male. I have been suffering from weakness, less stamina and joint pains everyday. I am living in hostel and eating only rice. So I can not get enough nutrition like vitamins and minerals of daily requirement. SO PLEASE suggest me some supplements to meet my daily requirements of all vitamins and minerals. I want to join gym also. please tell which supplements are required to get high bone and muscle strength and stamina Thanks in advance.

You need to take multivitamin tablet and iron capsule like becosules and Fefol capsules ( for iron) . Eat all nutritious foods and get fruits to eat
