Does dietary cholesterol is affect blood cholesterol some research Show that daily recommendation of dietary cholesterol is 200-300 mg per day but sir tell me it's really dietary cholesterol is affect on blood cholesterol like some people eat chicken (whole) it contain cholesterol as well as saturated fat is high you can say it's affect but what about chicken breast it contain only protein and cholesterol fat also zero please tell chicken breast consider healthy but it contain cholesterol so it's affect dietary cholesterol please tell me.

Eating cholesterol does not change blood cholesterol. Cholesterol is the present trend but not scientifically strong. It is probably promoted for social reasons. Better to learn about food from healthy ninety year olds.
