I am 30 years old and after delivered two kids I gain too much weight I want to lose but it seems not working on me can you please suggest some diet or exercise to manage my weight.

lybrate-user, It is not uncommon to gain weight during pregnancy. But the most important point in this is to lose it within the first 3 to 6 months after delivery. If not, the fat gets stubborn and then it is difficult to burn that fat. You seem to be 20 kgs of excess in weight. You should expect to lose 2 to 3 kgs every month. I would suggest you to start with the static cycle in the house--- as you will not be able to go out of the house leaving the baby. Do the cycle 25 min every day 8 kms per day. Also reduce your food intake by 1/3rd. Avoid deep fry foods and sweets.
