I have cheat pain sometimes and have been detected with high cholesterol and triglycerides in past can I doo gym and trade mill exercises I am just 29 years old?

Cholesterol below 300 does not matter, worrying about it and measuring it is just a fashion. Intelligent and knowledgeable biochemists know it does not matter, but the other segments of society are unable to unravel our body's chemistry.
