Hello, I want to maintain my weight. Please suggest me proper diet including distribution of carbs, proteins, fats etc. Also share how much proteins, fats and carbs are present in different kind of foods. And how much I need to take. Which type of food is better for health. And what about water intake and when?

For maintaining weight , have Smaller frequent meals , instead of 3 big meals, Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc Eat More Protein, Go Liquid ,Don't get stressed out, Lift Heavy weights, do some walking daily And Be Consistent.
