I am in age 43 height 5 - 10 inches wight 98 kg. I left to gym last 6 months. I like to take drink alcohol 275 ml. Daily l run 3 km. On treadmill every second Day now I am feeling obses n decrease in daily routine can you tell me how I maintain my health n daily routine efficiency by using my daily routine. I love drinking alcohol so much. And also love to exercise.

Hello. Alcohol has a number of ill effects on your body. Your obesity is due to alcohol only. I would recommend you to decrease your alcohol intake. Your high blood pressure is another medical condition where drinking could be very injurious. Kindly follow my advise.
