Don't take so much stress as all this things are part of life and everyone has to go through these type of phases at some point of life. But at the same you need to address this before it affects so much to your life. As in your case you become happy sometimes and sometimes you feel so much pressure such that don't feel like to do anything. Focus on yourself if you will be happy then only you can make others happy also. Once you will start to live your life happily you will be able to manage time, every thing. Think about yourself and try to find out the reason, its within you.
