I am susceptible to allergic attacks at change of season after my kidney transplant. What is the solution?

Sir you are already on immune suppressive medicines like tac and steroid. So only thing you can do is try to find out allergen or trigger and try to avoid it. Vitamin C and proper hydration can decrease seasonal attacks but not much proven, you can give a try.
