Just wanted to know is it possible to have a highly varying triglyceride value for a person with a stable vegetarian food habit for years. The blood sample were taken in the morning after 12 hours of fasting. The reason for asking this is that the triglyceride value is showing double within a week between 1st and 2nd sample test. It is 325 & 154 for the 1st and 2nd test respectively.
