I am a 45 year old patient suffering from coronary artery disease having eccentric soft plaque in proximal LAD with 70-80% luminal stenosis and calcific plaque in D1 with 40-50% luminal stenosis I kindly request you to tell how to deal with all of this and if I could manage it with out agents? I hope you would do the needful.
