I am 27 male and I am very short tempered. Despite meditation and workout my anger and frustrations have not been reduced. Also I get tensed at small things and feel bad about myself. What should I do?

Being short tempered and getting angry easily can be a combination of factors including a person?s personality and the ability to cope with stress, emotional self regulation etc. It?s good that you are doing mediation and exercises. Do continue with that. I suggest you maintain a diary of how many times you get angry in a week and what triggers it, what are the consequences of your anger, what makes it feel better and how do you feel after the episode (guilty, sorry etc). Maintain this and you will have a better insight. There are also anger management strategies and help that can be provided professionally.
