I am 62 years old suffering from diabetes for last 35 yrs, taking insulin since 1994, my sgot, sgpt found high and fatty liver also found. L do not feel hunger. My total cholesterol 86, and blood nitrogen urea and its ratio with creatinine found below normal. What does it mean? Is it alarming any disease?

Hi sir, This is fatty liver. Rest every thing is okay. You have to quit simple sugars means no sweats, no hunny, no maida products. You have to decrease your weight. Exercise regularly for one hour aday six times a week. You will be alright with in next six months.
